Refund and Return Policy

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. The remaining balance to be cleared prior to the tour departure date.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods

2. Cancellations by customer

More than 30 days before departure: A full refund of the deposit will be issued.
15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
In the case of no-show or failure to join the tour, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellations by the Tour Company

In the rare event that the Tour company needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather,government restrictions, insufficient bookings), an alternative date or full refund will be issued to the customer.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to tour dates or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any changes must be requested at least 15 days prior to departure.

5. Refund process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

6. Travel insurance

The tour company strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances sch as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
